Responsibilities
- Perform detailed electrical design and development for Acutronic product lines.
- Support proposal efforts in aerospace by assessing customer requirements and developing project schedules.
- Develop system performance models using MATLAB/SIMULINK.
- Allocate system requirements to components and subsystems.
- Design electronic hardware including motor control and power electronics.
- Perform validation and verification of product requirements.
- Collaborate with teams on qualification testing and production support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- At least eight years of experience in designing motor controls and electromechanical systems.
- Experience with aerospace communication interfaces and real-time systems.
- Familiarity with firmware in embedded electronic systems.
- Knowledge of safety and reliability assessments.
- Prior experience in an aerospace quality control and manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
