Responsibilities
- Analyze input requirements for medical devices and translate them into system requirements.
- Participate in cross-functional reviews of design documentation.
- Plan, coordinate, and develop system evaluation and testing activities.
- Simulate or test new products or algorithms to evaluate prototypes.
- Provide input into the development of system verification plans and execute tests.
- Conduct feasibility studies and reliability testing.
- Assist in troubleshooting issues and apply problem-solving methodologies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Preferred: 6 months’ experience in medical product development.
- Advanced Degree in Engineering or related field is a plus.
- Experience with Class III implantable medical devices and biologic sensors.
- Knowledge of ISO and FDA design control standards.
- Experience integrating information from various disciplines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in teams.
