Responsibilities
- Design sub-assemblies to meet broad design goals and establish requirements.
- Use empirical, numerical, and experimental analysis for design analysis.
- Involved in test method and model development.
- Identify and mitigate sub-assembly risks.
- Support invention disclosures and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors.
- Support pre-clinical and clinical testing of devices.
- Manage projects within quality and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and testing medical devices.
- Proficiency in Solidworks or other CAD software.
- Familiarity with analytical design and Design for Six Sigma.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to travel internationally.
