Responsibilities
- Oversee assigned line output, safety, yield, and quality.
- Identify product defects and implement operational actions to reduce them.
- Troubleshoot equipment and submit work order requests.
- Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing Supervisors to resolve on-line issues.
- Maintain product and process knowledge and provide engineering fixes.
- Execute change management processes for material and process changes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects and conduct process studies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulations.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in engineering matters.
- Strong planning, execution, and communication skills across functions.
- Ability to work with minimal oversight on moderately difficult assignments.
- Experience in statistical analysis for complex events.
- Knowledge of regulatory implications of proposed changes.
