Responsibilities
- Design and develop manufacturing processes, tooling, and fixtures.
- Manage projects for new production equipment and process improvements.
- Support new product introductions and provide technical mentorship.
- Conduct Process FMEAs and Process Validations.
- Improve product quality and labor efficiency using Lean manufacturing concepts.
- Coordinate tooling and machinery design and build.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
- Ability to work in a matrixed and diverse environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Preferred experience in cardiovascular medical device industry and electronics.
- Innovative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
