Responsibilities
- Develop a vision for internal processes and build an agile digital product culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive product development using Lingo Biosensor technologies.
- Provide leadership and technical direction for Platform Services and Consumer Apps.
- Attract and retain talent with a focus on technical career development.
- Lead product development teams through discovery, ideation, design, and technical development.
- Implement a dev-ops culture for quick and safe deployment of new features.
- Further develop machine learning and AI capabilities for predictive health.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of software product development experience in healthtech.
- Experience developing mobile software products for millions of users in regulated environments.
- Experience with software products interfacing with medical devices is a plus.
- Strong executive presence and leadership traits.
- Extensive experience in technical design and architecture, including SOA and microservices.
- Broad IT ability across disciplines such as Agile methodologies and cloud infrastructure.
