Responsibilities
- Design sub-assemblies to meet design goals and specifications.
- Analyze designs using empirical, numerical, and experimental methods.
- Construct prototypes and fixtures for development purposes.
- Design hardware to support product features and specifications.
- Evaluate and select components and technologies for subassemblies.
- Document product specifications, schematics, and layouts.
- Lead and participate in technical design reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Six-sigma knowledge and experience preferred.
- Technical knowledge of subsystems and design protocols.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
