Responsibilities
- Design sub-assemblies to meet design goals and specifications.
- Perform analysis using empirical, numerical, and experimental methods.
- Construct prototypes, tools, and fixtures for development purposes.
- Design hardware to support product features and specifications.
- Evaluate and select components and technologies for designs.
- Document specifications, schematics, and layouts for products and tools.
- Lead and participate in technical design reviews.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of relevant experience in product/process development.
- Technical knowledge of subsystems and design protocols.
- Proficient in computer skills including spreadsheet and database management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Six Sigma preferred.
