Manufacturing Engineer

The role is for a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Avient Corporation, focusing on continual process improvement and optimization within manufacturing and technical operations.

• Develop and communicate manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and revise processes for cost savings and quality improvement.
• Participate in design reviews to enhance manufacturability.
• Research and evaluate new technologies for process optimization.
• Troubleshoot equipment/process issues and coordinate solutions.
• Coordinate new process installations and changes.
• Undertake other assigned projects and duties.

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, safety procedures, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in time/priority management, working in teams, and being self-motivated.
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Adherence to health and safety regulations.
