Product Design Engineer

The company is seeking a talented Designer-Engineer to enhance collaboration between designers and engineers to provide outstanding user experiences efficiently.

• Build and maintain the cross-platform design system.
• Contribute to the design and development of the fintech product.
• Collaborate with the product designer to refine user interfaces.

• Create and maintain internal tooling and documentation.
• Work with engineers to implement design system components.

• 2+ years of experience in tech/startups or equivalent roles.
• Expertise in modern Product Design software.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep understanding of visual design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Experience maintaining and scaling a reusable component library or design system.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for accessibility and inclusive design practices.
