Responsibilities
- Own hardware and mechanisms throughout the design and production process
- Develop design criteria and drive system-level optimization
- Perform testing on hardware to ensure compliance with design criteria
- Manage product delivery timeline from conception to launch
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM discipline
- Experience with CAD or FEA software
- 3+ years of experience with mechanical and/or electromechanical design and analysis
- Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Willingness to work long hours and travel as needed
