Flexcraft is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive process optimization and innovation in their plastics manufacturing operations.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operations and product quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on process improvement and project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with project management tools and process documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
