The Manufacturing Engineer will support the design, build, and test of subsurface compressor systems and associated parts.
Responsibilities
- Review drawings for manufacturability and cost reduction
- Design tooling, fixtures, and specify capital equipment
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing functions
- Generate and manage manufacturing documents and processes
- Drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes
- Oversee installation and debug of tooling and capital equipment
Job Requirements
- BS degree in a technical field
- 5+ years of related experience
- Solid mechanical design experience with CAD
- Experience in building turbomachinery
- Knowledge of standard manufacturing processes
- Experience with NPI of complex equipment
- Familiarity with ERP system BOM's & Routers
