Continuous Improvement Engineer

Wollaston Alloys/CPP Boston is looking for a Methoding Processing Engineer to join their team, responsible for continuous improvement activities and process management within the facility.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities
• Drive process improvement opportunities company-wide
• Lead projects independently to completion
• Share best practices throughout the plant
• Propose and define work methodology for process engineering projects
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve quality and reduce costs
• Ensure alignment and collaboration between manufacturing departments

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement or Project Management
• Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Black Belt certifications preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Minitab
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams
