Machine Learning Engineer, Gen AI

Tecton is looking for a Senior Engineer to lead their GenAI strategy and work on expanding their offering into a versatile platform for various AI applications.

• Define and lead Tecton’s GenAI strategy with the CEO/CTO.
• Drive GenAI initiatives from ideation to delivery in a collaborative environment.
• Identify and validate important end-to-end GenAI use cases.
• Work closely with customers to launch impactful new capabilities rapidly.
• Take an experimental and iterative approach in navigating through ambiguity.

• Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; PhD is a plus.
• Minimum of 6+ years as a Machine Learning Engineer or Software Engineer specializing in machine learning infrastructure or GenAI applications.
• Strong proficiency in Python and key libraries like NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Hands-on expertise with deep learning frameworks and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and cloud platforms for deploying ML/GenAI pipelines.
• Competency in driving projects from ideation to delivery in a collaborative environment.
• Previous experience working on 0 to 1 projects is a plus.
