Metal Zinc, LLC is looking for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their team, focusing on continuous improvement in manufacturing processes for HVAC and refrigerant products.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize process flow, equipment layout, and space utilization.
- Develop and implement tooling and fixtures for production areas.
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and propose improvements.
- Enhance safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with other teams for inventory control and project management.
- Create and modify layouts using Fusion 360.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret drawing packages and BOM’s.
- Familiarity with Fusion 360.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
- Knowledge of CNC machining preferred.
- Experience in sheet metal manufacturing and HVACR industry preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant experience in manufacturing.
