Mechanical Integration & Test Engineer (Starshield)

• Manage integration build flow and test operations
• Evaluate proposed designs for manufacturability and integration
• Interface with engineers and technicians to optimize manufacturing
• Develop manufacturing assembly procedures
• Enable day-to-day execution of vehicle integration and test flow
• Evaluate non-conformances and create actionable improvements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
• 1+ years of design or hands-on manufacturing experience
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance
• Experience with MATLAB, Python, or other programming language
• Experience with integration and testing of various systems
• Documentation and configuration management experience
• Demonstrated engineering intuition and critical thinking
