Manufacturing Engineer Co-op

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology, particularly in the field of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs). They are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op to join their Maritime Manufacturing team.

• Own a portion of the manufacturing value chain for a certain product or set of products
• Write documentation required for successfully manufacturing hardware at scale
• Develop process flows for complex assemblies
• Work with contract manufacturers to develop sustained processes
• Build production hardware hands-on
• Develop tooling solutions for fabrication and assembly
• Contribute to end-customer hardware mechanical or electrical design

• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware
• Demonstrated ability to deliver hardware in a resource-constrained environment
• Team leadership skills
• Experience in physically manufacturing hardware
• Genuine interest in manufacturing
• Must be a U.S. Person for access to export controlled data
