Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate harness builds, providing detailed work instructions and schedules.
  • Design wire harnesses, ensuring designs are optimized for manufacturability.
  • Act as a liaison between the factory floor and customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates.
  • Contribute to various tasks within the factory to support overall operations.
  • Innovate and improve production processes by applying software solutions.
  • Demonstrate ownership in working with customers on technical questions and schedules.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or STEM-related field or 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
  • Minimum 2 years overall engineering experience with evidence of being a self-starter.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment and in a manufacturing or supply chain position.
  • Proficiency in CAD modeling tools such as NX, Solidworks, or similar.
  • Understanding of basic manufacturing principles and ability to identify and solve production blockers.
  • Curious, quick, and ambitious learner with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with IPC-620 or NASA STD 8739.4, aerospace and defense wire harness best practices, and hands-on experience in building the product.
