Engineering Leadership Development Program (Rotational)

The position is for the Engineering Leadership Development Program at Terex, offering recent graduates three 12-month assignments in manufacturing engineering, design engineering, and technology.

• Complete three 12-month rotations in different engineering functions
• Participate in a 3-week onboarding program
• Develop a strong understanding of engineering at Genie

• ABET accredited Bachelor’s degree in mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field
• Track record of achievements in academics and work
• Commitment to three 12-month assignments
• Willingness to work in Redmond, WA and Moses Lake, WA for 1-2 years each
• Preferred qualifications include experience in relevant technologies, familiarity with Solidworks and Draftsight, and a proactive learning attitude.
