Electrical Engineer

Form Energy, an American energy technology and manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to develop electronic controls hardware for large-scale battery systems.

• Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, controls, and manufacturing engineers on electrical systems development
• Design PCBs, validate boards, and provide manufacturing support
• Prototype and validate new electrical circuits and systems
• Troubleshoot systems at the component level
• Select and evaluate sensors, and define interfaces
• Document designs clearly

• 2-5 years of professional experience or equivalent education
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Understanding of electrical fundamentals
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with PCB CAD tools (Altium or similar)
• Familiarity with electrical lab tools (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, etc.)
• Some programming experience (Python, C/C++, Matlab, etc.)
