Mechanical Engineer - Assembly and Launch

Airbus U.S. Space & Defense, Inc. is seeking an AI&T Engineer to work on satellite design and integration, collaborating with affiliates and managing Ground Support Equipment (GSE).

• Work on common specifications for Mechanical and Electrical GSE
• Collaborate with vendors, affiliates, and hardware designers
• Support integration, verification, and validation of test scripts
• Manage GSE configuration control and troubleshoot tests
• Provide GSE training and support launch integration activities

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, preferably in Electrical Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in satellite integration and test engineering
• Proficiency in I&T engineering tools and processes
• Knowledge of hardware in the loop and software in the loop test beds
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
