Aerospace Design & Project Engineer

The role is for a Design & Project Engineer in the Aerospace Direct Hire Program at Eaton, focusing on technology and components for military and commercial aircraft.

• Complete conceptual/clean sheet designs
• Support design work for projects
• Perform root cause analysis
• Complete Qualification planning
• Analyze test data
• Provide technical support for production issues
• Participate in continuous improvement teams

• Bachelor’s degree in aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical engineering
• Minimum of one internship or co-op experience
• Geographic flexibility within the United States
• Ability to read and understand Drawings, Specifications, and Requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Ability to plan and manage multiple priorities
