Mechanical Design Engineer

The company is a stealth startup in the climate tech sector focusing on carbon removal and industrial decarbonization. They are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to work on the industrialized design of electrolyzer cells and stacks.

• Create detailed requirements for mechanical components
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations
• Define technical specifications and manage systems
• Collaborate with other engineers
• Research competitive solutions and conduct testing
• Analyze test data and iterate designs

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design engineering
• Proficiency in CAD software
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles
• Experience with prototyping, testing, and validation
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
