Responsibilities
- Lead implementation of flexibility/orchestration tools for US customers
- Drive platform adoption at key customer accounts
- Drive research and development of flexibility/orchestration capabilities
- Evaluate partnership strategies and potential partners
- Drive thought leadership in-market
- Support commercial conversations with utility engineering teams and leadership
- Provide input into further development, training, and testing of AI algorithms and network models
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 6-10+ years of experience in Power Systems Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Expertise in Dynamic Operating Envelopes, grid constraint modeling, and flexible interconnection
- Proficiency with advanced power system modeling tools
- Familiarity with grid codes, regulations, and emerging trends in the energy sector
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Self-starter mentality
