Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and implement supplier development systems
  • Maintain approved supplier list and quality-based assessment tools
  • Develop key performance indicators and quality metrics for suppliers
  • Conduct and support supplier, internal, and customer audits
  • Lead process improvements and recognition programs for the supply chain
  • Perform parts and product troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with engineering and suppliers on product acceptability

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of three years in a production environment with quality experience
  • Familiarity with GD&T fundamentals, ISO 9001, and project management
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and math skills
  • Mechanical knowledge for interpretation of drawings and ability to perform inspections
  • Proficiency in using industry standard tools, equipment, and software
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
