Electrical Controls Technician 2

The company is looking for an Electrical Controls Technician, Level 2 to join their team, responsible for installing, testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning DFS SCADA control and monitoring products in Florida and the southeast US.

• Install and modify electrical equipment and circuitry in water-industry applications
• Collaborate with project managers and systems engineers
• Produce electrical and mechanical drawings in AutoCAD for DFS panels and signal wiring
• Perform in-house testing and produce related documentation
• Diagnose electrical or product malfunctions during integration process

• Previous experience in electrical control systems or related fields
• Familiarity with PLCs
• Skilled in AutoCAD software
• Excellent root cause analysis skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Deadline and detail-oriented
