RF/Analog Circuit Design - Summer/Fall Co-Op

The position is for a Co-Op internship at Skyworks for the Summer/Fall of 2025, focusing on advanced development of semiconductor devices for 5G applications.

• Design RF/Analog circuit blocks using Cadence, EMX tools
• Perform Lab evaluations of SOIs and modules such as gain, noise figure, IIP3
• Analyze and debug performance, create compliance matrices and present results

• Currently working towards a graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Ability to work onsite for 6 months
• Understands basic semiconductor physics
• Understands RF design and measurement
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Familiar with CAD tools including layout and circuit simulation
• Hands-on RF characterization skill is a plus
