Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize harness design schedules.
- Manage harness manufacturing inventory and materials.
- Translate customer requirements and design harness schematics.
- Collaborate with harness design team for efficient delivery.
- Continuously improve harness design and manufacturing processes.
- Author and implement work instructions and standard processes.
- Provide on-call support for harnesses in production facilities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hardware design and validation experience.
- Experience with CAD and PDM software.
- Ability to travel up to 25% annually.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform assembly operations and lift weights.
