Manufacturing and Process Engineer, PCBA (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking a Manufacturing and Process Engineer for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) to contribute to the development and deployment of Starlink, the broadband internet system.

• Own and manage PCBA processes and products
• Drive processes for volume production of PCBA
• Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies
• Track schedule, work-in-progress levels, and defect rates
• Identify trends and opportunities for optimization
• Drive corrective actions and process improvements
• Manage work instructions, process documentation, and training

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing process, SMT, or related areas
• High volume production experience preferred
• Hands-on experience in SMT processing
• Knowledge of statistical techniques, IPC standards, SQL, Python, and Six Sigma
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects
• Must meet ITAR requirements for U.S. Government export regulations.
