Entry Level Mechanical Engineer

The position is for an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer at Salas O'Brien, an employee-owned engineering and professional services firm.

• Assist in designing and developing mechanical components and systems using CAD software.
• Conduct basic engineering calculations and analysis to ensure design integrity.
• Prepare detailed engineering documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to meet project milestones.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software and basic mechanical engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Internship or co-op experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes, and experience with FEA or CFD tools is preferred.
