Manufacturing Quality Engineer

The role is for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer at Sensitech, Inc., a division of Carrier, focusing on ensuring the highest level of quality standards for products and processes.

• Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams on quality standards.
• Conduct factory audits and work with Engineering to resolve issues.
• Lead problem-solving processes and provide diagnostic support.
• Facilitate communications for customer complaints and internal departments.
• Analyze failures, develop corrective actions, and maintain quality records.
• Participate in audits, review SOPs, and provide reports to management.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5+ years of Engineering, Small Electronics, or Quality experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electronic product manufacturing control and quality tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, analyze data, and maintain quality standards.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Lean quality systems.
