(Spring) Mechanical Engineering Co-op: January to June 2025

This is a Spring Co-op (or post-grad internship) for mechanical engineering at SharkNinja in Needham, MA, focusing on creating innovative products for Shark & Ninja ranges.

• Originate novel concepts and technologies for new products.
• Define solutions to meet product functional requirements.
• Collaborate on design studies to solve technical or consumer issues.
• Build test rigs, support test plans execution, and analyze results.
• Demonstrate curiosity and drive to find better solutions.
• Maintain integrity and courage in work approach.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.

• Pursuing a degree in Product Design, Product Design Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Passionate about product design and function.
• Exposure to CAD programs, 3D printing, and prototype development.
• Familiarity with electronics, basic machine shop tools, and small appliance components.
• Ability to identify, solve, and verify technical solutions autonomously or in a team.
• Hands-on experience in prototype building and testing.
• Some knowledge of Developer kits like Python, Arduino, Raspberry Pi is desirable.
