Manufacturing Engineer

The role requires a candidate with technical expertise and a passion for building to improve manufacturing safety, quality, and productivity in Longmont, CO.

• Evaluate and enhance assembly and testing processes
• Develop and maintain procedures and forms for processes
• Lead process improvement teams
• Support Corrective Action teams and investigations
• Provide training on assembly and test skills
• Collaborate with design engineering for new product development
• Coordinate repair and maintenance of manufacturing tools and equipment

• Knowledge of Mechanical and/or Chemical processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical production issues
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with quality assurance/control and vendor contact
• Solidworks, Inventor, and welding experience
