Product Developer I, Bags

The role is for a Product Developer, Bags at YETI, responsible for driving the development of projects from concept through production readiness.

• Work closely with design teams to understand the product vision.
• Advance products from prototype to mass production with internal and external partners.
• Manage project timelines and milestones effectively.
• Troubleshoot design, material, and trim details.
• Communicate technical drawing packages to manufacturing partners.
• Ensure product sampling and testing meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with materials developers to innovate new materials, trims, and hardware.

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years of product development experience, preferably in bags.
• Experience working with soft goods vendors.
• Proficiency in building soft goods drawing packages and Adobe Illustrator.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within structured product development systems.
