• Develop new materials and products using scientific and engineering principles.
• Analyze data and scientific literature for the development process.
• Collaborate with product managers and design teams for new product conceptualization.

• Transfer new products from laboratory prototypes to production scale.
• Provide process and technical support for R&D projects in manufacturing.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the lab.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Ability to operate and interpret results from laboratory test equipment.
• Hands-on laboratory work experience.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
