Mechanical/Research & Development Engineer

Seeking a Mechanical/Research & Development Engineer to design and develop innovative products related to steel manufacturing and ground control solutions.

• Perform engineering tasks with guidance from senior engineers.
• Develop and update engineering and manufacturing drawings.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate product performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Participate in vendor and customer meetings.
• Assist in quality audits and testing of products.
• Edit and approve content for technical publications.
• Utilize engineering software tools and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Material Science Engineering preferred.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, FEA, 3D Modeling, and Drafting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in mining and ground control products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and/or internationally.
