Responsibilities
- Manage bill of materials for system builds
- Measure and assess robotic components for fit and function
- Assemble components and systems within the robotic system
- Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of components
- Design test procedures and fixturing for mechanical subassemblies
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate with the team
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams in a startup environment
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in CAD systems, preferably SolidWorks
- Experience in product design and manufacturability
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Familiarity with rapid prototyping and test fixturing
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Currently in second, third, or fourth year of undergraduate studies
