The role is for an Electrical Controls Engineer at Kurt J. Lesker Company, a manufacturer and distributor of thin film deposition systems for the vacuum technology market.
Responsibilities
- Create detailed drawings for electrical components and systems
- Design power distribution systems and equipment control systems
- Incorporate RF power supplies into the design
- Perform prototype assembly and testing of components
- Troubleshoot equipment during building phase
- Inspect incoming products from new vendors
- Assist with estimating and proposal work
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Strong CAD experience with Solid Edge or comparable 3D system
- Knowledge of NFPA 70 and international standards
- Familiarity with agency compliance codes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with AutoCAD or other 2D drafting package (preferred)
