The role is an internship position at H3X Technologies as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to support the prototype production line for HPDM product lines.
Responsibilities
- Work with design engineers to establish production requirements
- Conceptualize new approaches to solve manufacturing problems
- Design tools and fixtures in SolidWorks
- Analyze manufacturing discrepancies and implement solutions
- Collaborate with design engineers on manufacturing feedback
- Execute first application and testing of new fixtures and process improvements
- Identify workplace hazards and implement safe processes
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Hands-on experience with mechanical systems
- Proficient in SolidWorks
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of engineering fundamentals
