Mechanical Engineer - Mechanics R&D

The position is for a full-time senior mechanical engineer in the defense sector, focusing on research and development.

• Drive product development from conception to production
• Conduct product ideation, research, laboratory/prototype builds, and experimental testing
• Design for manufacturing and hands-on fabrication
• Lead projects and research, exploring new technologies
• Work on a variety of R&D projects including HVAC systems, robotics, laser weapon cooling systems, etc.
• Perform proposal writing, computational simulations, laboratory testing, and customer interaction
• Innovate solutions to real-world problems

• BSME, MSME, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering
• GPA not less than 3.3
• US Citizenship required
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals
• Interest in hands-on engineering work
• Prior experience in design, test, and/or analysis
• Knowledge of testing equipment and setups is a plus
