Satellite Mechanical Engineer

The role involves owning the success of mechanical structures, mechanisms, and electromechanical subsystems crucial to satellite operation.

• Take satellite mechanical hardware from design to on-orbit operations
• Lead subsystem design reviews and drive hardware development
• Perform hardware trades and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Own and refine sub-system deliverable schedules

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, aerospace, or relevant engineering field
• Experience with CAD or FEA software
• 1+ years of mechanical and/or electromechanical design and analysis experience
