Manufacturing Process Engineer III

The position involves applying professional engineering techniques and standards in the development or modification of facilities, systems, processes, or equipment within budget and time constraints.

• Professionally engineer, design, and build prototype and production machinery.
• Conduct performance tests on production equipment and processes.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate with other Engineers for new product introductions.
• Originate ideas for processes, production equipment, or tools.
• Prepare cost analysis for proposed changes to manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Communicate with Equipment Operators and Maintenance Technicians on equipment malfunctions.
• Prepare the analysis and tracking of all capital costs associated with production equipment or processes.

• Four-year college degree in Engineering required.
• Basic knowledge of PLC’s and computer software such as Word and Excel.
• Solid knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and industrial engineering.
• Expertise in project management and machining.
• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of machinery design, process improvement, and industrial procedures.
• Ability to take a component from conceptual design to prototyping and troubleshooting.
