Responsibilities
- Engineer, implement, test, and commission control panels for various industries
- Provide electrical and hardware engineering support
- Develop hardware designs and control strategies
- Replace obsolete control systems with Emerson solutions
- Perform startup and commissioning functions at customer sites
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer discipline, with emphasis on electrical engineering
- 5+ years of process control or related experience
- Hands-on knowledge of distributed control systems, especially Emerson's DeltaV
- Ability to troubleshoot, read technical documents, configure instrumentation, and program drives
- Knowledge of relevant codes and standards
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel and provide on-site support
