Engineer (Electrical)

The Orange County Sanitation District is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to perform complex engineering duties related to wastewater treatment facilities and pump stations.

• Serve as Resident Engineer on Capital Improvement Projects.
• Provide technical information and research on project issues.
• Manage Requests for Information and Change.
• Coordinate construction submittals and reviews.
• Lead progress meetings and produce meeting minutes.
• Evaluate schedules and Time Impact Analyses.
• Formulate solutions to construction issues.

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering field.
• Valid professional engineering license in California.
• Experience with electrical equipment such as switchgear and motor control centers.
• Ability to work on construction projects valuing millions of dollars.
• Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations.
