Senior Electrical Engineer

The role is for a Senior Electrical Engineer at Omron Robotics and Safety Technologies, Inc. (ORT), a global provider of intelligent vision-guided robotics systems.

• Design electrical circuits and systems for fixed and mobile robot applications
• Take ownership of designs from concept to production handoff and troubleshooting
• Generate and maintain engineering documents
• Assist with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and sustaining activities
• Improve processes and procedures, and mentor junior engineers

• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc. with equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Proficiency with circuit design and layout
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Experience with lab equipment and analysis tools
• Eligibility for any required authorization from the U.S. Government
