Dynamic Components Design Engineer - Early Career

The role is for a Dynamic Components Design Engineer at Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, focusing on the design and development of aircraft system solutions.

• Design and develop elegant and safe aircraft system solutions.
• Work with gears, bearings, seals, lubrication, controls, hydraulics, and housings within drive system gearboxes and rotor head.
• Prepare drawing revisions, Engineering Change Orders, Engineering Instructions, and specification revisions.
• Interact with Analysts, Material and Process Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Test Engineers, and suppliers.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Engineering Software Tools.
• Basic knowledge of power transmission/mechanical systems.
• Ability to work full time on site.
• US Citizenship required.
• Experience with component design and manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of mechanical assemblies.
