Manufacturing Engineer, Castings

The role involves leading the design, installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of new high pressure die casting manufacturing lines and equipment.

• Lead manufacturing line design and launch
• Design custom fixtures, jigs, tools, structures
• Implement and manage continuous process optimization
• Specify and lay-out equipment for high pressure die casting shops
• Oversee technical and schedule performance of equipment suppliers
• Create documentation for equipment operation

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 3+ years of experience in designing manufacturing lines and equipment
• Experience with high pressure die casting equipment
• Project management experience of $1M+ capex projects
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office suite
