Technical Operations Engineering Coop

The role is an internship position at Johnson & Johnson where the Coop Student will work on projects aimed at increasing process efficiencies, reducing cycle time, cost, and improving overall quality of execution.

• Execute projects to enhance process efficiencies and reduce costs
• Implement process excellence methodologies
• Complete project development tasks and testing
• Assist in creating concepts and designs for new products
• Prepare reports to communicate results
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety policies
• Communicate business issues to management

• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Ability to work on product development tasks
• Strong communication skills
