Senior Quality Engineer

Lightship is seeking an experienced quality engineer to support the production of a high-quality luxury recreational vehicle in the consumer electronics sector.

• Develop manufacturing requirements and quality standards
• Lead development of FMEAs for critical risk identification
• Participate in design reviews and support process capability analyses
• Manage root cause & corrective actions system
• Support supplier quality activities and vehicle trials
• Engage with internal and external teams for issue resolution
• Travel up to 50% of the time

• BS in Electric, Mechanical, Materials, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience as a Quality Engineer
• Training in design for quality, problem-solving methodologies, and relevant quality tools
• Knowledge of PPAP/APQP, SPC, GD&T, Lean Manufacturing
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Excellent team building and communication skills
• Experience in technical specifications development and new product introduction
