Electrical Engineering Leadership Development Program (Various Locations)

The role is for an Electrical Engineering Leadership Development Program (ELDP) that spans over 3 years and involves rotations in different program types, business units, and geographic locations.

• Determine design approaches and parameters
• Perform system analysis and feasibility studies
• Utilize modeling tools and equipment for testing and evaluation
• Select components based on specifications and reliability
• Perform simulations and design reviews
• Design and test FPGA and programmable hardware
• Test and evaluate RF/Microwave devices

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• GPA of 3.0 or greater
• Willingness to relocate every 12 months
• Knowledge of VHDL, FPGA, MATLAB, and communication systems
• Strong communication and technical skills
• Familiarity with circuit analysis and computing environments
