Peak Energy is seeking a Full-Time Senior Cell Manufacturing Engineer to drive the launch, scaling, and optimization of battery cell production in the Consumer Electronics department.
Responsibilities
- Lead equipment procurement & ramp process.
- Optimize factory planning for scalability.
- Contribute to next-generation development decisions.
- Develop and refine processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
- Implement quality assurance measures using SPC and FEMA.
- Apply lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams for facility establishment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in relevant engineering field.
- 5+ years experience in high-volume manufacturing.
- Expertise in equipment specification, procurement, and automation.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- Proficiency in roll-to-roll electrode and cell assembly preferred.
- Experience in equipment specification and supplier engagements.
